Rep Up is a valuable assistant for optimizing your gym workouts. Its primary function is to facilitate a focused approach to each exercise, honing in on the specific muscles you want to engage. By eliminating the need to manually count repetitions, Rep Up enables you to establish a strong mind-muscle connection.

The user experience is refreshingly simple and user-friendly. Set your desired rep goal and initiate your workout – Rep Up will gently tap you when it is time to conclude. Alternatively, you have the option to enable the tap notification every five reps, eliminating the need for any device interaction until your entire workout is complete. Even amidst the cacophony of loud music in the gym, Rep Up remains an effective tool as it relies on vibration stimuli.

Rep Up diligently keeps count of any exercise involving prominent hand movements, such as squats, deadlifts, rows, shoulder press, bench press, and more. Even exercises where your hands remain stationary, like push-ups, pull-ups, and leg raises, are accurately monitored.

This meticulously designed app is specifically tailored for Apple Watch users, strategically leveraging features like Workout Tracking, Taptic Engine, and a powerful processor. This thoughtful integration ensures a truly immersive fitness experience. While Rep Up can also be used with an iPhone, it necessitates the use of an armband.
